Stick a pin there. You're confusing me. You're giving me the impression
that your understanding of what I wrote is that the time range denotes a
simple time interval and not a period of time during the 24 hour day
period.
That's not what I was saying. I'm saying that it denotes a period of
time during a 24hour day period.
For example 00:00-08:30 means 12midnight to 8:30am in the morning.
