Hi Thomas,

This is a very generous statement on all sides & I'm sure is @
the heart of the suggested newbie list. This group is extremely
supportive with a great sense of community & IMO adds to the
success of TB!'s marketing.
Like many of you, I belong to a number of lists & the only
other time I've found this level of eager helpfulness,
patience, courtesy & support was/is for a program called
EccoPro -- arguably the best ever PIM which had a very steep
learning curve & is no longer being developed for lack of a
marketing plan.
M$ won. Outlook, definitely an inferior product, took the
market by storm. Let's not let TB! disappear like that. The
more newbies you have & can support, the better the chance of
continued success. After all, this is a market driven product.
Those RIT guys need to eat & stay warm. If creating two lists
so a newbie can begin w one list & then grow into the other
helps newbies navigate the learning curve (which I think it
would), it doesn't hurt anyone & enhances the newbie
experience.
Just my .02.
