And that is my exact problem... I have no entries at the root level of my
AB, but that is where I want to have a listing of *all* my favourites, so
I don't have to open sub Groups, for as you have mentioned, it adds yet
another dialogue box which gets a little messy.

What I can't figure out, is how to have all my favourites show at the root
level, and *still* have them included in the various Groups. Do you know
what I mean? I want them listed in both places.

I actually had it working just the way I wanted to for months, but this
morning I thought I'd "clean up things" a little, because I noted that
those entries at the root level, were missing from their respective Groups
listing. So, I right clicked each entry, chose Properties, and associated
them with a Group. In doing that however, they all disappeared from the
root level, and I can't figure out how to get them back. :o(  I can't
recall how I got them to the root level in the first place! Ha ha ha!!
