That's where TB's beautiful "Read message" filters come into play.

Source  : Inbox
Move to : (same)
String  : \(PGP Decrypted\)
Location: Subject
Actions : Delete message
Option  : RegEx

Create one for every folder that you may use to decrypt messages into
and you'll never leave one lying around again.
