More likely is a very big mail - most often a virus-containing one - which takes too long to transfer. The connection is then closed (time out) and everything starts anew next time. The remedy in both cases is the same: Use the Mail Dispatcher and delete already received (and others if you want) mails. -- Dierk Haasis http://www.Write4U.de http://Interest.Write4U.de/pongo PGP keys available: mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]?Subject=SendMyPGPkeys The Bat 1.60k on Windows 95 4.0 1212 C He who wins by injustice may dominate the present day, but history will always judge him to be a shameful loser.
