What you wish to do will bring to surface one of the weaknesses in
TB!'s filtering system.

You have to create a filter for *each* folder you wish to colour your
replies, and for each filter, make the source and target folders the
same. This will prevent the messages from being moved.

It's been a long standing wish that we be provided the facility to be
able to create filters that work automatically irrespective of source
and target folders. The filter will just work account wide or even
across accounts. Your filter is a nice example of one that would need
to be at least account wide in it's target.
