That sounds about right .. except the "also" bit makes me frown.
That sounds like it should be two separate filters.

Good. Remember that filters run top down, first come, first served.
If a message is process by a filter, earlier filters will have
operated but later filters will not.

Making a single filter to do two jobs sounds dodgy to me. Without
more explicit information it's a hard one to call on. Why not
copy/paste the filter in here and we can tell you what's wrong with
it.
