What you mentioned about the filters is correct but what should alo be mentioned is that ALL email go in the inbox BEFORE a filter is used (CAPS intentional) This means that if you have a default sound for the inbox you will always hear it and that why it was suggested to replace this default sound with a silence. Then you can use filters to activate sounds on demand. I hope this helps and not further confuses the matter ;-) -- Best regards, Gerard -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= All right everyone, line up alphabetically according to your height. -- Casey Stengel Using The Bat! v1.61 on Windows 2000 5.0 Build 2195 Service Pack 3 ________________________________________________________ Current version is 1.61 | "Using TBUDL" information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
