No. In one filter you can only setup one target directory.

However, since you don't seem to have problems with creating a folder,
it's just as easy to almost auto create a filter.

While in folder view. Press <Shift><Ctrl><F>, now TB creates a filter
based on the sender address, name of the target folder is the name of the
sender. And the filter is placed as last filter, so it processes only
those messages that aren't filtered before.
