No. In one filter you can only setup one target directory. However, since you don't seem to have problems with creating a folder, it's just as easy to almost auto create a filter. While in folder view. Press <Shift><Ctrl><F>, now TB creates a filter based on the sender address, name of the target folder is the name of the sender.
