That makes no difference to a manual filter to be applied with a
hotkey. Here's an example:

BeginFilter
Name: Manual address adder
Active: 1
Source: \\Inbox
Target: \\Inbox

MainSet: 00.
Actions: faAddAddress,faoManualOnly,faoHotKey
AddAddrItems: afiTO, afiCC, afiBCC,

This does not move messages.
