Select the text starting from and including 'BeginFilter' and going
to, and including 'EndFilter'. Copy the text to the clipboard.
Now open your filter rules dialog, right click on the read or reply
filters 'folder' and hit 'paste'. This should create the new filter
which you can inspect.
Since it's a manual filter, it really doesn't matter which filter
group you add it to.
