Hi Just a point I wanted to make as I've seen one or two comments where people have said with The Bat, and with dial-up, they don't need a firewall.
Sorry, but you're leaving yourself open if you don't use at least a software firewall, even with a dial-up. I have dial-up ISDN, and anyone who thinks they won't get attacked if they have a dial-up connection is welcome to look at some of the logs from my Outpost firewall. It doesn't take very long for someone to grab a port and do some damage. So, if you've got dial-up, still get the firewall and be safe. -- Best regards, Mike ________________________________________________ Current version is 2.00 | "Using TBUDL" information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
