Explain this to them. The spam comes with this header:

  That is a faked header produced by the Advanced Mass Sender (AMS) by Max Terentiev.
  This spamware offers four different X-Mailer lines:

  Advanced Mass Sender
  Outlook Express 4.72
  X-Mailer
  The Bat! (v1.52f) Business

This is an old set and AMS may have been updated to add a new
version header of, say, 1.61.

Anyway, AMS also fakes an OE header, so if this highly irresponsible
ISP were to block Outlook Express users too, then (and only then)
would their action be fair and reasonable.
