Can I jump in here because I was flummoxed by virtual filters for a while and was scared to use them and they are, if fact, so easy. Right click anywhere in the account and choose New/Virtual folder. Give it a suitable name and then choose filter and there you are, you can choose to sort by Fast Search or set up a more detailed folder.
