Hi. I would appreciate it if someone could help me to figure out how to transition my e-mail setup from an ISP to a private domain. Specifically, if I have an e-mail account in The Bat for "Achdut" for mail obtained from RCN, is it possible to set up a private domain with the same mailbox name, achdut, and have The Bat retrieve mail from the private domain and filter it into the same folders into which mail addressed to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" is filtered?
When I attempt to set up a "new account" the prompt tells me that any name I use must be different from one that is already being used. Since "achdut" is already being used (for the RCN server), am I now prevented from using "achdut" to access mail located at "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"? -- Avi Avram Sacks using The Bat ver. 1.62r.
