I have mine set at 55. However it takes quite a bit of training. I'm still getting a few undetected, but the detection rate is rapidly increasing. At present I'm highlighting the whole Junk folder and clicking the "junk" button each time I check the mail, and also clicking "not junk" for each good message. It's important to let it know what is not junk, as well as what is junk... I also did register it, and am using the "bad words" feature that is only in the paid version to simplify the spam filtering.
