When I saw Lex post his question, I hoped that you would post this explanation again, because I have intended to follow your suggestion for some time, but I had misplaced the original description of how to do it. Now that I have the directions again, I am attempting to implement it. So thank you for re-posting this explanation of your system. I have a couple of questions about it though. Since I don't anticipate this account will ever actually be used, at least in my case, for getting or sending mail, is it necessary to set up the Mail Transport features accurately? I have three accounts with folders that I'd like to aggregate into that one Archive account. I can, if necessary, pick one of those accounts and duplicate the Mail Transport features from that account for the Archive account, I suppose. Secondly, since this is a password protected account, when the Maintenance Center runs can messages be added to the folders without entering the password? I assume that it must work without the password, but I'd appreciate your confirmation of that fact. If not, how do you get around that issue so that it can be automated as you described. Finally, in the Alternative Deletion section, when I choose "Move to specified folder," I'm not given a tree from which to select the newly created folder in my Archive account. What is the format for entering that information? I've tried entering Archive/FolderName, Archive\FolderName, Archive-FolderName and Archive FolderName, none of which work. I get an error dialog that says The Bat! can't find the folder. -- Regards, Perry Using The Bat! v3.95.6 on Windows XP 5.1 Build 2600 Service Pack 2 ________________________________________________ Current version is 3.95.06 | 'Using TBUDL' information: http://www.silverstones.com/thebat/TBUDLInfo.html
