My first post, identical to this never appeared, so I had resent this
again. Thanks for responding point-wise. My advices are as under:

It is happening on multiple computers.

OK, as it is not material now, not posting now, will keep it in mind.

The moment the message is selected, even if the cursor placed on this
message, it spins into the loop of asking for instal CD. Yes, emptying
the Trash has deleted this mail.

Like it happened today, it was a bounced mail  "mailer daemon" with an
attachment tag, email client used could not be checked so far. Will
report it next time this occurs.

No.

Yes, Outlook was installed but never used. For some mobile phone
application (mobiledit, in particular), to have a backup , the outlook
was configured. however it was never used.

Next time will keep all these things in mind to note down and report.
