Highlight the "unread" virtual folder, then in the "view" menu select "message list columns" and add a checkmark to the "folder" entry. You can move the entry to the position you want; I have mine as the rightmost on the display. This will show you the account and folder for each message in the list (at least it does here on version 3.85).
