Thanks a lot for that detailed explanation to this post. I supposed
it was better to maintain the permissions of the binaries as were
set in past. You are right, the ways you noted to restrict the use
of tcpdump are more flexible for final users. In any case, I have not
problem allowing all the users in our servers to dump traffic. All are
trusted for me.
