Information Services USA stopped by on Monday to demo their "SDS" (School Dining System) software. Not being an expert on School Lunch software what we saw was pretty nifty. The solution does not require any special equipment to operate, Customizable, Networkable, and Web Enabled. The software handles both breakfast and lunch, and will integrate with most student accounting packages.
The company has been around for several years with other products such as K12 Tracker. I believe the price was about $3500 plus a charge for the number of students. We would like to set up another meeting and invite the Technology Coordinators and Food Service Directors. Please respond what dates will work for you.
