On review, it appears this is not actually included in any GENERIC kernels at all -- or even the x86 ALL kernels. It doesn't even seem to build. It is marked as `experimental'. Does anyone care about it? (This is different from and independent of urndis(4), which does build and does work, and which I even use sometimes.)
