Position:* C# .net prog. with Visual Studio (G.C./ US Citizen)*
Location: Richmond, VA (Need Local consultants only)
Duration: 3+ Months

*Consultant should be Citizen/ G.C and should be location to Herndon, VA*


Short Description:
C# .Net Programmer 3 with Visual Studio 2008. US Citizen or Grn Card holders
only. Agency reserves right to consider consultant for FTE (no guarantee)
upon the completion of the contract portion.

There will be total of 3 positions with same skills/same duration. Expected
duration of assignment: 6 mo +. Local Richmond candidates will take
precedent. While an initial phone interview for non-local candidates may be
an option, pls know that an in-person interview will be always be required
before an offer is extended.

C#/.Net developer needed to:

-Develop prototypes of application modules (user interface objects, business
logic objects, and other application components) for the new SERFIS3 system
and refine after user feedback.

-Develop applicaton modules based on detailed design information.

-Participate in all phases of the testing and implementation of the system.

-Attend any team meetings and provide status reporting as requested for all
activities, accomplishments, issues encountered and enter time into the Time
Reporting System (TRS).

-Fully document any work performed, and provide "Technology Transfer" on all
work performed to other SCC staff or Consultants. Comply with all System
Development Policy, Procedures, Standards and Guidelines, including Coding
Standards and Code reviews

NOTE FROM THE CLIENT:
I could use more resumes to consider for SCC C#/.Net programmer position.
Here is what I am NOT seeing a lot of: combination of C# .Net with the Win
Forms and Visual Studio. I know that Win Forms is less prominent than those
w/Web Services and C# and typically found with VB or ASP vs C#). If your
candidate has C# and has used Win Forms, I need to see some real technical
details within the resume (not just summary section) what they did with Win
Forms etc. to be considered. The preference is Oracle but they will consider
SQL Svr vs Oracle.
