Yes, you are correct. The 3 XO-1.0 laptops that were shipped recently to us,
show up date issue
as soon as we turn them on. Would you please advice us how to fix it?

We got the instructions from the Laptop soon after we got the dev key in Browse
activity. For the team's
convenience, we have written them as below, to install/ save xo-1.0 Developer
key:
1. Switch on the laptop connected to power and Ethernet cables.
2. Click on Browse activity
3. On the home page, click on right bottom link labeled "get a developer key"
4. Click on "Submit Query" button at left bottom corner
5. Check for the message "Your developer key is ready!"
6. Copy the developer key command displayed on page on a physical notepad,
starting with "wget -P /security...". Copy exact.
7. Follow instructions on the page or as below:-
a. Press & hold down "Cntrl+ALt+3rd key from the left corner of the
laptop
b. It will switch to command prompt
c. If you get bash command, then type in the dev key line exactly
as
is, including caps, spaces, etc & press enter.
d. In case you are asked for a login, then simply type in 'root'
and
press enter & execute above step.
e. Once the activation key gets saved, switch back to sugar by
holding - cntrl + alt + 5th top left key on the laptop keyboard.
We would let you know an update shortly, per your instructions as in pointer #
2
& 3 in your mail.

2. Can you tell me where you are getting the above instructions? I am not
familiar with "STEP 7 C" and want to know who is writing this, in what context,
