There is a possibility to compile the teTeX 3.0 for windows with the help of mingw with msys?
I am tired from MikTeX with its single user features. I do not need the xdvi, I will borrow the 
dvi previewer from miktex (yap).
Does the Jan Nieuwenhuizen's patch is sufficient?
