Andre, I think you know PMX better than I do! So it looks like all I have to do to fix the first problem is to get PMX to enter \tbbu1 rather than \rbbu2 before the last note of the first staff-jumper, and rely on the user to start it with [l+14 .

Even if I were to fix PMX to generate the “proper” code, there’s a basic problem with the order of the multiple beams. Here’s a related example that does go through, but obviously you’d prefer to have the lower beam continue and the upper one stop at the last 1/16 note.
