That's Sitting Bull Falls cave and you DO need a permit from the Forest Service, not BLM. (It's so hard out there knowing who controls what!). When we were there a few years ago, there were Rangers there making you sure you didn't go in. I talked to them and they said that they would like to be able to allow me access, but I needed the paperwork. Let me know if you need some help. Mark
