Kyle Voyles, et. al. NPS, Arizona Strip, archeo project
Author of mystic stories (name escapes me now), Cochise Stronghold, AZ. 
Searching for cave of legend.  $175/hr. for four hours. He rented the 
helicopter out of Tucson.

On my trip we rented the helicopter for $75 and spent over $1100.

I recomend finding an caver in the southwest who has a helicopter pilot's 
licence.  There are at least two.
