Well there has been a ton of response to the Chili idea. I think I'll
make some adjustments
Judging will be around lunch time at cook's camp.
Judges to be announced but Noble Dunson and Terry Plemons are 2 of them.
No longer is it one entry per grotto.... anyone can submit an entry
Prizes will be a Dutch oven, Cast Iron Skillet, and Cookbooks.
ANY meat is allowed (beans are frowned upon)
If there are enough competitors I would be willing to do a Vegetarian
Chili contest by itself.
Last years dish contest was a little dis-organized but this year I knows
what I be doin'
