The door prize event was my favorite part of TCR. I wish more people would donate really cool caving related stuff.
I still have a very good caving helmet that I won many years ago. This event also gives people a chance to learn names of new cavers and also to cheer and hiss at the old-timers that win something they have dozens of, or something they will obviously never use. Unfortunately, I am usually asleep by the time it starts.
