Inova has a new 4 watt LED flashlight that is sold at the Gander Mountain store. The light is called the "T4"

It appears to be a well constructed flashlight. It puts out 100 lumens for 2 hours, so with 3 of these in your pack and a spare battery pack, you could stay under ground in a huge cave for at least 8 hours. Is that enough light to do video? The light is slightly too big to mount on the side of the helmet, and too heavy to be mounted that way. This light requires a special battery pack, so you would have to carry some extras, which would be expensive.
