and I encourage the respectful dialog of PD in Texas I just want everybody to know that the White Nose Syndrome Protocol for the 2017 Convention of the National Speleological Society was not some arbitrary decision Its just the best the NSS can do and follow the rules set forth by the NFS NPS and BLM So with that said, Mike Harris and you have valid points.
