It has been discussed in the past - but no, TCMA has not "leased" any caves.
But it seems like a good way to secure access to caves that people would like to visit. It is a shame that Beasley's Cave just sold. It might have been too large of a property. But a gyp cave would have made a nice addition to the TCMA.
