Gentlemen, Try this. It may help. Delete the OWA webmail add-on.
Under tools goto accounts. Setup your OWA account. As you setup the account choose webmail as account type. Then goto back and reinstall the OWA webmail addon. It should find the account that you just setup. I had a similar problem with Yahoo addon awhile back. This worked here on win2000. Since I don't have an OWA account I cann't help on the account settings but hopefully you already have that info @ hand.
