Probably not a big deal, but Account Settings is under Edit, not
Tools. Could this mean there is a problem using this extension with
Thunderbird 2.0.0.23?

I followed the above but still don't see anything under accounts on
the OWA tab. Another poster seemed needed to massage the user name to
get this to work. Our email addresses are
[email protected] while our user names are domain\fname
where fname is the first letter of the first name plus the last name
i.e. the user name and email addresses won't match. Is this going to
cause a problem?
