Chuck,

As Ricky writing it is apparent that add-on is looking at the domain
name in the username field to find the owa account. If I understand
correctly the domain name in the user field is only used to id the owa
account then following should work somewhat.

Give this a try:

Use your actually info instead of the examples below

Under username enter domain\[email protected] or domain.com
\[email protected]

Then in the owa add-on
Domain = domain.com
Uri = http://domain.com\fname or http://www.domain.com\fname

Then if things work and your account should be found.

Then under accounts, login make sure "Use Domain" is unchecked. This
should dump the @domain.com in the username field.

  (The Uri should get you to your site.)

Under Mode select appropriate Mode. Most likely WebDAV.

Hopefully then you can access your account.

Depending on how your login into your account this should work but may
still need some tweaking.
