Thanks, yes, I actually am testing it by sending it to myself at the moment.
It seems that it is an issue with outlook, that you cannot send "anchored" links via it. I've tried to change the # to %23, but that then makes that the file is not found. But I'll tell the people to copy and paste the link into their browser bar, or use the "search" function for them.
