I recently started a long-term project at a client that doesn't allow ANY
media to be brought in or any saving/downloading from the internet. They do
however have an internal software library which end users can download from
and use. There is an older version of GdTiddlyWiki in there which I have
started to use, but it could be better. It is legal for me to bring in
paper with words printed on it; I'm looking for some guidance as to how to
bring this older version up to date by comparing current versions of CSS and
tiddlers to the versions currently inside security, but I don't know where
to start. I would think it would be better to upgrade the base before adding
new stuff to it. Since I only have local access on this machine and expect
it to be single user only, I might not need anything that enhances
cross-machine access. I would also think this might be of interest to other
people who would like to understand the internals better.

Any suggestions would be appreciated (like which tiddlers to start with,
order of which ones to update, etc.).
