 I'd say "limited" is not bad. It depends on purpose whether a limit is a 
blessing or a curse. 
Tiddly Desktop is very good as a potential wrapper for DT situations. 
My ONE problem with it is it *does not currently support relative 
addressing* of wiki.
The consequence of that is I can't wrap Dickens' novels into one 
installable that will install reliably.
If it could you'd have a neat self-saving DT solution for common needs 
delivery that resembles a normal app.

The issue here is whether end users FOR PURPOSE need exposure to the 
disorientating complexities IF a PACKAGED app delivers?
