You may want to try adding an empty TW file to the site, and also use a https:// notation instead of http:// in the link, and see if there's any difference. Remember that your TW files need to be in the "C:\.. ..\Dropbox\Apps\My.DropPages\espringer.droppages.com\Public" folder and nowhere else.
