I will first admit, that I have never used tiddlypouch. I am sure you have a reason. I just wonder - because due to your sending your wiki pr. mail to yourself, I was sure you were using a singlefile tiddlywiki. I have only heard of tiddlypouch before in relation to Danielo's NoteSelf....but that might be my mistake. The fact, that you are not able to start your wiki up - make me think of, what Danielo himself called the chicken and egg problem... in the discussion here: https://forum.noteself.org/t/installing-the-plugins-on-an-existing-tw/24/8
