Update from the front: One can now change the recognized language to the 
BCP-47 language codes specified in 
https://cloud.google.com/speech-to-text/docs/languages
Additionally, there's a setting ($:/config/speech-to-text/continuous set to 
"yes") that allows for continuous listening (listening doesn't stop 
automatically, one must stop it by hand or voice command)
