You should consider using tiddlyspot - http://tiddlyspot.com or http://tiddlyspace.com as a host for your TW. You won't encounter any problems when saving changes online using any modern browser - it's only saving locally which can be a little tricky... Tiddlyspot is intended for single users and tiddlyspace is for collaboration. Tiddlyspace is still under heavy devellopment - but moving very fast..
