I'm impressed that you were able to accommodate all four requests.

Now my contents popup ("Indhold" in danish) has centered text (middle 
aligned list items) .
I see that your original contents popup is aligned to the left and I don't 
see how mine is different from your's?
 
Can you tell why - just by looking at it? 

http://xn--mns-ula.dk/dansk/filosofi/#TableOfContents looks fine - it is 
when it is opened from the sidebar it gets centered..
