Well, that was unexpected. I was going to dig out a copy but now I don't have to :)
If you have any questions about it, I'd be happy to answer them if I can. I'm still interested in this as an idea. It was always supposed to be a proof of concept, showing that a full book would work in TW. What I'm really interested in is collaborative authoring of textbooks.
