You could use node to create a static version. Then import into Calibre. 
Edit/Clean up. Tweak meta-data.  Convert to epub.

That sounds like a lot of work, but it's a doable process with (mostly) 
known steps. I suspect it would be much faster than waiting for someone to 
write a plugin.

The exception would be if there was an existing convert-to-epub javascript 
program that could be rolled into TW.
