Done!! Snapshot plugin now supports relative paths. You can add paths like "../" for parent folder or "./mysubfolder" for sub-folders of the original location.
Note 2 things 1. Paths must exist. Snapshot will not create the folders for you if they do not exist. 2. I have only tested in linux for now.
