That's pretty much how TiddlyWiki5 works: tiddlers are either wikitext
or html. The HTML can include special annotations for macros and
links. Internally, the wikitext is rendered into pretty much the same
HTML. Ultimately, though, I found that I really don't like the idea of
having two classes of content, with inevitable differences in
behaviour and capability.
