This seems strange.. Are there anything aside links ([..[..]]),
escaping ("""...""", {{{...}}}) and macros? As for macros, it seems
that only those which contain names of tiddlers among parameters are
of interst..

Do you mean storing in the file or in the object model, while TW is
working?

Meaning somewhat structure for "backward compability" between wikitext
and DOM?
