Addendum: Of course, a browser reset can or should be a separate entity 
that is being implemented by a theme via transclusion, e.g. at the 
beginning of the Theme's style sheet, the first line would be something 
like...

[[BrowserReset]]

Perhaps it's already like that. Sorry, haven't really poked around the TW5 
code. High time I get it set up.
